DELIVERY METHODS
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent by express courier. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online. The Customer will be able to choose his residence, home or alternatively the workplace or private address of a natural person of his choice as the place of delivery. Please always indicate the name on the bell of the chosen address or the name of the company / place of work when ordering.
SHIPPING RULES
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative in the address of the recipient indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
1) That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
2) That the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor in any way altered, even in the closing materials. Any damage to the packaging or to the product must be immediately contested by affixing a signature with reservation to the courier.
The boxes are adequately large and your articles are well protected.
SHIPPING COSTS
For all orders in Italy for amounts over € 500, delivery is free. For all other orders, the shipping fee is € 8.00. All orders for delivery to countries within the European Union the shipping fee amounts to € 20.00. Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders!
RETURNS
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005, the return is possible within 14 working days from the moment the product is received at your address. The customer can independently choose the courier with which to make the return. The risks related to the return and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer (we suggest choosing a tracked service).
When the return will return to our warehouse and the integrity of the same will be verified, the credit will be issued on the same card used for payment. Alternatively, if the purchase was paid for by bank transfer, the customer will be asked to indicate a bank account where the amount can be credited.
